Subscriptions to CountryGuitarLessons.com
All membership plans available to customers on https://countryguitarlessons.com are subscriptions and they automatically renew at the selected increments (monthly, six months, yearly, etc). There are no contracts, and customers may cancel any time before their plan’s renewal date to avoid further charges.
Monthly Membership; Automatic Renewal; Billing
A Renewal or Automatic Renewal within an active Monthly Membership term extends the existing expiration date of the Membership by one month; such renewal term begins the day after the current term ends. When an expired Membership is renewed, the new Membership term is one month, beginning on the date of renewal.
Each Membership will automatically renew (referred to as “Automatic Renewal Membership”) each month for additional one-month periods that commence on the day after the previous term unless you cancel your active membership prior to the end of your membership term.
If you signed up for our One Month Free Trial, upon the completion of the one month trial, your subscription will automatically renew and the credit card you provided to CountryGuitarLessons.com at the time of registration will automatically be charged each month to renew your monthly subscription. Again, there are no contracts, and customers may cancel any time before their plan’s renewal date to avoid further charges. Automatic Renewal Membership fees will be billed monthly and automatically to the credit card you provided when you enrolled in Membership or the form of payment we currently have on file for you, in the amount of the then current Monthly Membership fee.
Cancellation Within 30 Days of Joining
If you choose to cancel within 30 days of signing up for our free one month trial, Country Guitar Lessons has the right to close your account before the end of your one month trial period in order to protect The Company’s guitar lesson content.
Six Month Membership; Automatic Renewal; Billing
A Renewal or Automatic Renewal within an active Six Months Membership term extends the existing expiration date of the Membership by six months; such renewal term begins the day after the current term ends. When an expired Membership is renewed, the new Membership term is six months, beginning on the date of renewal.
Each Membership will automatically renew (referred to as “Automatic Renewal Membership”) each six months for an additional six month period that commences on the day after the previous term unless you cancel your active membership prior to the end of your membership term.
Automatic Renewal Membership fees will be billed semi-annually and automatically to the credit card you provided when you enrolled in Membership or the form of payment we currently have on file for you, in the amount of the then current Six Month Membership fee.
Annual Membership; Automatic Renewal; Billing
A Renewal or Automatic Renewal within an active Annual Membership term extends the existing expiration date of the Membership by one year; such renewal term begins the day after the current term ends. When an expired Membership is renewed, the new Membership term is one year, beginning on the date of renewal.
Each Membership will automatically renew (referred to as “Automatic Renewal Membership”) each year for additional one-year periods that commence on the day after the previous term unless you cancel your active membership prior to the end of your membership term.
Automatic Renewal Membership fees will be billed annually and automatically to the credit card you provided when you enrolled in Membership or the form of payment we currently have on file for you, in the amount of the then current Annual Membership fee.
You have the right to cancel your Membership at any time. If you cancel your Membership, you will only be entitled to a full refund of your new or renewal Membership fee within thirty (30) days of the purchase date of the new or renewal Membership or the Automatic Renewal charge date of the Membership, i) if you did not use your Membership to obtain an eligible discount or benefit during the new or renewal Membership term; or ii) if your Membership was renewed during your current Membership term and the renewal Membership term has not yet started. No refunds will be available after such thirty (30) day period unless we terminate the Country Guitar Lessons Member Program in its entirety. You must cancel your Membership by navigating to https://countryguitarlessons.com/your-membership and clicking the “Cancel your subscription” link and clicking “OK” to cancel.
An e-mail to Devin or Country Guitar Lessons requesting the cancellation of your Membership to Devin’s guitar lessons at Country Guitar Lessons does not and will not cancel your Membership — you must cancel your Membership by navigating to the top menu of the Website, and then proceed to Profile, Your Membership, then click the “Cancel your subscription” link, and then click the OK button to confirm your cancellation. If you did e-mail Devin or Country Guitar Lessons to request the cancellation of your Membership, Devin or Country Guitar Lessons will usually cancel your account manually, but several e-mails are sent to Devin and Country Guitar Lessons daily, and an e-mail or message to request cancellation of your Membership might not actually result in the cancellation of your Membership. In the event that you did send an e-mail to Devin or Country Guitar Lessons to request cancellation of your Membership and your Membership was not cancelled, Devin and Country Guitar Lessons will refund your Membership fees if you can provide proof of your original e-mail or message that you sent to Devin or Country Guitar Lessons to request cancellation of your Membership to Devin’s guitar lessons at Country Guitar Lessons.
